As a Customer Support Response Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling a high volume of customer interactions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, and your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver world-class customer experiences.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats with a high degree of empathy and understanding
  • Evaluate each customer's situation to provide appropriate solutions and see each call to resolution
  • Exhibit a caring and sympathetic demeanor, even in stressful situations
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Multi-task to find answers while on the phone with customers
  • React and respond decisively in emergency situations
  • Reassure, control, and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet productivity goals
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
  • *Required Skills:**
  • Caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor
  • Strong customer service skills, including active listening
  • Multi-tasking to find answers while on the phone with customers
  • Ability to react and respond decisively in emergency situations
  • Ability to reassure, control, and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls
  • Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required
  • Fluency in English (bilingual contractors fluent in Spanish and English or French and English are also welcome)
  • *Tech Requirements:**
  • Quiet, uninterrupted environment during all working hours
  • Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
  • Wired internet connection to be used during tech setups, while attending education classes, and while working
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used
  • Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date
  • Wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted)
  • Contractors must have a smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad and be willing to install an authentication app related to program work
  • *Compensation and Benefits:**
  • Competitive contract rate for handling customer interactions
  • Guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes per available hour
  • Equivalent hourly rate of $12.60 - $16.80 per hour (bilingual contractors earn $14.88 - $18.60 per hour)
