- Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to our customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
- Work closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer satisfaction and a productive work environment

- *Requirements**
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service
- Quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately
- Enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer
- Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Maestro, or other call center software preferred
