As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Handle high-volume customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Utilize arenaflex's remedy information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment and handle patient medication requests
  • Investigate missing solution data and decipher clinical shortened forms (SIG codes)
  • Settle all information passage-related exemptions
  • Handle correspondence to patients and settle on outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed
  • Settle outsider oddballs by exploring, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement prerequisites
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different areas
  • Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting
  • Obtain active professional license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a valid professional license or certification
  • *Essential Capabilities**
  • Essential level PC skills, including:
  • + Starting and closing the PC+ Using the mouse to point and click+ Starting and closing programs+ Switching between programs+ Saving files+ Printing documents+ Accessing data online
  • Essential web browser skills, including:
  • + Opening a program+ Composing in URLs in the right area+ Using a web search engine+ Bookmarking a website+ Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons+ Completing forms online
  • Moderate level keyboarding skills, including:
  • + Typing at least 25 WPM+ Typing by memory+ Organizing documents
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • *Preferred Capabilities**
  • Experience providing customer support to internal and external customers, including satisfying quality guidelines for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including:
  • + Typing at least 35 WPM+ Typing by memory+ Designing documents
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
