You'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Utilize arenaflex's remedy information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment and handle patient medication requests
- Investigate missing solution data and decipher clinical shortened forms (SIG codes)
- Settle all information passage-related exemptions
- Handle correspondence to patients and settle on outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed
- Settle outsider oddballs by exploring, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement prerequisites
- Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different areas
- Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting
- Obtain active professional license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a valid professional license or certification
- *Essential Capabilities**
- Essential level PC skills, including: + Starting and closing the PC+ Using the mouse to point and click+ Starting and closing programs+ Switching between programs+ Saving files+ Printing documents+ Accessing data online
- Essential web browser skills, including: + Opening a program+ Composing in URLs in the right area+ Using a web search engine+ Bookmarking a website+ Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons+ Completing forms online
- Moderate level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 WPM+ Typing by memory+ Organizing documents
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- *Preferred Capabilities**
- Experience providing customer support to internal and external customers, including satisfying quality guidelines for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 WPM+ Typing by memory+ Designing documents
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
