As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
  • Scheduling appointments, qualifying insurance leads, recruiting patients, and setting medical appointments
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, as well as our company's policies and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities
  • A computer that meets our minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, webcam, and high-speed internet access)
  • A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
  • Ability to attend a 2-week mandatory virtual training program (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
