We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our arenaflex team on a contract basis. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for retailers, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding support and exceeding customer expectations.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Respond to 25-30 calls per day from retailers, addressing their questions and concerns about orders, claims, and other related issues
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on pricing, discounts, billing, and shipping
- Research and resolve problems with orders and claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Populate data and participate in workflow processes within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as assigned
- *Requirements:**
- 1-2 years of call center experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Baseline ability to 10-key by touch (industry standard minimum keystrokes requirement)
- 40 WPM typing speed (will be tested)
- Flexible schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 7AM-8PM (plus occasional Sundays)
- High school diploma or equivalent
