  • Performing other clerical functions, such as processing mail, filing, and scanning

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one (1) year of experience in customer service duties involving frequent public contact
  • Proficient in operating a personal computer and related software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and understand oral and written instructions
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Valid Florida driver's license required
