As a Customer Success Team Member, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional customer service, identifying and addressing their needs, and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.   • Manage and grow our current customer base of over 100 schools, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Create and manage UPS shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Represent arenaflex at conferences and events to build brand awareness and drive business growth
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or account management capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Sage, to manage customer interactions and data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
