As a Customer Success Team Member, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional customer service, identifying and addressing their needs, and building strong relationships with our stakeholders. - Manage and grow our current customer base of over 100 schools, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

- Create and manage UPS shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Represent arenaflex at conferences and events to build brand awareness and drive business growth

- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or account management capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Sage, to manage customer interactions and data
