As an Experienced Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • 3+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing customer needs or resolving customer issues, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools to find information.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new business processes and systems.
