As a Technical Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for defining and driving the technical customer success strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-driven solutions and meet business objectives. You'll be a vocal advocate for customer success, with a keen eye for innovation and a talent for building bridges between technical and business stakeholders.

  • *Key Responsibilities and Obligations**
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and serving as their primary resource and trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with Innovation to emergency and address support issues in a timely manner, and escalate blockers quickly.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights that can be used to inform product development and innovation.
  • Work with Marketing to create customer case studies and success stories.
  • Collaborate with clients on best practices, ensuring they are equipped to succeed throughout their journey.
  • *Key Skills and Competencies**
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role with a highly technical product.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer success, preferably within the SaaS world (preferably B2B, Big Data, SDLC product).
  • Strong technical foundation within an innovation organization.
  • Knowledge of how dev teams work – inside and out.
  • Ability to maintain empathy and humility in every interaction, with a customer-first mindset in a highly collaborative environment.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with customer success platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
