- *Your Role and Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring the Customer Success department follows best practices and maintains high standards
- Coordinating inbound sales leads with our Head of Sales, including attending demos, negotiating contracts, and pricing for enterprise users
- Meeting with enterprise users to explain new features and provide training
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues with users who have exceeded their plan limits
- Updating internal documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Running L10 Meetings for the Customer Success team to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Maintaining and owning our HubSpot CRM to ensure seamless data management
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS or technical product environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with users and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate complex issues and make informed decisions
- Autonomy and self-motivation, as you'll be working independently with minimal supervision
- Impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work
- An empathetic approach to helping users succeed and overcome challenges
- Experience working with user CRMs, preferably HubSpot
