As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications with efficiency and timeliness
  • Routing calls to the appropriate person or department as necessary
  • Escalating any customer, client, or insured concerns to leadership as needed
  • Following company guidelines and procedures for communications
  • Inputting data into claim intake forms
  • Placing outbound phone calls directly to insureds as assigned
  • Providing support for a variety of administrative tasks
  • Communicating with arenaflex adjusters to determine availability and suitability for certain claims
  • Other duties as assigned
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer and typing skills, with working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
