We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager – Regional Lead to lead our customer success efforts in the Americas region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving adoption and value realization among our customers, while also managing a portfolio of clients and leading a team of Customer Success Associates and Coordinators. As a Customer Success Manager – Regional Lead at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring clients achieve maximum value from arenaflex's sustainability software
  • Guiding customers through the implementation process and providing ongoing support
  • Managing customer success programs, driving adoption and value realization
  • Helping customers understand and use the product for business outcomes
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, maximizing value from tools and services
  • Owning implementation success of large customers, helping them achieve their goals
  • Leading and supporting Customer Success Associates and Coordinators in the Americas region
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of CSM experience in a SaaS organization
  • 3-5 years of experience managing complex customer engagements
  • 3-5 years of Program and Project Management Experience
  • A track record of success building relationships, especially with strategic customers
  • The ability to ask the right questions to understand people's underlying needs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Extremely organized, with the ability to balance multiple priorities across various customers
  • A highly customer-focused, proactive learner, with a passion for customer success
  • A commitment to living a culture of teamwork, quality, growth, drive to action, and excellence
  • Ability to travel up to 10%+ for meetings and training
