As an Experienced Customer Service Supervisory Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of associates in the execution of strategies to deliver a tailored customer experience within assigned department(s). You will utilize your leadership skills to empower associates to create a positive environment that drives the customer experience and arenaflex brand loyalty. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Greeting each customer upon contact and/or line of sight, assessing their needs, suggesting alternative options, and providing resolution
  • Leading associates utilizing effective communications skills
  • Training and coaching associates to ensure they are well-equipped to provide a personalized shopping experience
  • Ensuring associates have product knowledge and sales skills to serve the customer in assigned area(s)
  • Ensuring loss prevention and accountability procedures are followed and minimizes all controllable expenses
  • Communicating performance expectations and maintaining employee communication folders
  • Providing effective feedback on adherence to established performance standards and recommending development opportunities

  • Communicates performance expectations and maintains employee communication folders
  • Provides effective feedback on adherence to established performance standards and recommends development opportunities
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Completion of high school or the equivalent
  • Retail experience
  • Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays between the hours of 0945-1915
  • Availability to work weekends is REQUIRED

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment
