As an Experienced Customer Service Supervisory Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of associates in the execution of strategies to deliver a tailored customer experience within assigned department(s). You will utilize your leadership skills to empower associates to create a positive environment that drives the customer experience and arenaflex brand loyalty. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Greeting each customer upon contact and/or line of sight, assessing their needs, suggesting alternative options, and providing resolution
- Leading associates utilizing effective communications skills
- Training and coaching associates to ensure they are well-equipped to provide a personalized shopping experience
- Ensuring associates have product knowledge and sales skills to serve the customer in assigned area(s)
- Ensuring loss prevention and accountability procedures are followed and minimizes all controllable expenses
- Communicating performance expectations and maintaining employee communication folders
- Providing effective feedback on adherence to established performance standards and recommending development opportunities

- *Essential Qualifications**
- Completion of high school or the equivalent
- Retail experience
- Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility
- Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays between the hours of 0945-1915
- Availability to work weekends is REQUIRED
