  • *Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be working remotely, taking calls and answering emails from customers who use and/or generate renewable energy at home. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional end-to-end service, resolving customer queries, and promoting our digital services to help customers manage their accounts in a more self-sufficient way. You'll work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain and grow our Trust Pilot rating, and contribute to the success of our company.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Take calls and answer emails from customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work on technical tasks to proactively keep accounts healthy, such as resolving billing issues for customers
  • Support customers with a variety of queries, including taking meter readings, understanding bills and energy use, technical queries, and complaints
  • Promote our digital services, such as Smart meters, to help customers manage their accounts in a more self-sufficient way
  • Maintain and grow our Trust Pilot rating by delivering quality customer service and exceeding targets
  • Work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of our company

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
