As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling when required
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven call center experience
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks, routers, and switches
  • Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • The ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
  • Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred

To work from home, you'll need:
