As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working directly with our members to answer their questions, resolve their concerns, and provide personalized support.   • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Provide clear, concise information and solutions to help members better understand their coverage and options
  • Offer empathetic, personalized support to resolve member concerns and improve their overall healthcare experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and member satisfaction scores
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting
  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain a secure, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access and approved speed requirements
  • Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare-related field
  • 6 months of work-from-home experience
  • Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) a plus
