  • Educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
  • Utilizing compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and efficient communication

  • Ensuring that every member is shown respect, kindness, and all questions are thoroughly answered/resolved
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate
  • Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills
  • High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
  • Or, equivalent military experience

  • Customer Service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Education in a related field, such as healthcare or business
