  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering questions and resolving issues based on phone calls, letters, and emails from members, providers, and plan sponsors
  • Triage and resolve claims-related issues, including claims research, payment questions, and member inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service for high-volume inbound provider calls, using a customer service threshold framework to make financial decisions and resolve member issues
  • Educate members on plan details, benefit plan details, and member self-service tools to answer unasked questions
  • Process claim referrals, new claim handoffs, nurse reviews, complaints, grievances, and appeals via our target system
  • Assist in compiling claim data for customer audits, determining medical necessity, applicable coverage provisions, and verifying member plan eligibility
  • *Required Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Must live in the state of Florida full-time
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in a highly transactional call center environment
  • Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills
  • High-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and consistent connection
  • Work location must be set up with a direct connection to the router (not Wi-Fi)
  • *Education**

A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required for this role.

  • *Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is $25.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
