- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Modeling and delivering a special and beautiful customer experience
- Registering income on assigned cash register and providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and green checkout services
- Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and providing help with merchandise and services
- Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure a fantastic customer experience
- Modeling and stocking customer service best practices with all team members to provide a special and beautiful customer experience
- Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and green services
- Recommending products on sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or associate products
- Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting coins and distributing change as requested; processing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
- Keeping counters and cabinets clean and well-merchandised, taking inventory, and keeping records
- Checking in and pricing products as required or as directed by store supervisor or communicated through the shift leader
- Implementing Company asset protection methods to prevent and reduce shrinkage
- Ensuring compliance with national and local laws concerning regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)
- Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, high-quality structures, and sale products
- Completing resets and revisions as directed
- Assisting with separation of food products (e.g., raw food from pre-cooked) and product placement as unique by regulations/methods (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
- Providing customer service in the photo area, including the digital passport photo service, poster print and innovative machine, suggestive promotion of promotional photo products
- Assisting with outside and indoor renovation by ensuring the clean, neat, and orderly store environment and appearance
- Complying with all company regulations and methods; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
- Completing unique assignments and other duties as assigned

- *Basic Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following basic qualifications:
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates who have:
- Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
