As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound phone calls pertaining to customers' benefits, troubleshooting website issues, and making call backs as needed.
  • Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support. This may include assisting the caller in navigating the system as well.
  • Actively listening to participants to understand both verbal and non-verbal cues.
  • Fully and accurately documenting all conversations and actions taken on each interaction.
  • Answering inbound phone calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquiries.
  • *Essential Functions:**

The essential functions of this role include:

  • Working up to 5 hours of overtime per week
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • *Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
