As a Member Service Representative, you'll be working in our fast-paced communications center, interacting with members, and providing them with personalized service and support. Your day will be filled with:

  • Learning about our members and their situations, and using that knowledge to provide tailored solutions
  • Educating members on the ways we can help them achieve their financial goals
  • Providing meaningful, careful, focused, and ethical product solutions
  • Processing transactions with courtesy and consummate professionalism
  • Performing advanced transactions, such as IRAs, CDs, open accounts, wire transfers, and handling disputes
  • Growing with us by immersing in financial industry trends, products, services, and technological advances
  • Sharing your knowledge on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities
  • Standing shoulder-to-shoulder with our members and your teammates over our peaks and valleys

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, services, and technologies
  • Multi-lingual capabilities, with Spanish highly preferred
