As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues via phone, email, and live chat. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers with a friendly and professional tone
  • Professionally responding to customer inquiries, identifying and escalating priority issues as needed
  • Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure a positive outcome
  • Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently

  • *What Qualifications Do I Need?**

While we're open to candidates with varying levels of experience, we're looking for individuals with:

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening multiple tabs
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills – we believe in accuracy and attention to detail
  • Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
