As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals in crisis. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals in crisis
  • Assessing crisis contacts via chat/text to evaluate suicide risk and identify community resources
  • Conducting follow-up calls for individuals assessed as moderate to high risk for suicide
  • Maintaining compliance with ethical and clinical standards as per accreditation requirements
  • Participating actively in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings
  • *What We're Looking For:**

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
  • Six months to one year of related crisis experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate through written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods
  • Demonstrated high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
  • Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques
