As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to provide friendly and professional phone support (with some video support – less than 15%) to help customers with their tax filing process. Your tasks will include:
- Providing troubleshooting assistance for common concerns such as sign-in issues, e-file rejections, refund status questions, and more.
- Sharing links to relevant arenaflex support articles to guide customers to quick solutions.
- Keeping your PC optimized for smooth operations and taking ownership of scheduling mentoring sessions for performance improvement.
- Maintaining a positive, professional tone – even during high-demand periods.

- **Reliable**: Show up when you commit, especially during peak season. Requires minimal to no supervision.
