As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our users through various channels, including ticketing systems, live chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling back office tickets and providing 7*24h online enquiries and email replies services to customers
- Responding to customer enquiries, advising, and suggesting via email or online tools
- Supporting other business units with customer liaison, accurately documenting customer requests and advice, and providing feedback in the form of documentation
- Handling customer complaints, special cases, or ad hoc tasks

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A college degree or above
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with international partners and stakeholders
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the finance or e-commerce industry
- A high level of honesty and integrity, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible approach
- Strong communication skills and a drive to exceed expectations
- Passion for the customer service industry and a willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts
