As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. You'll maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently assist customers and promote sales. You'll also provide support as a go-to administrative resource for the sales team, including managing general sales mailboxes, providing responses to website inquiries, and maintaining a professional customer service attitude.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently assist customers and promote sales
  • Provide support as a go-to administrative resource for the sales team, including:
  • + Managing general sales mailboxes+ Providing responses to website inquiries+ Maintaining a professional customer service attitude+ Entering leads for sales team+ Providing quotes through CRM for prospective customers (phone calls, email, or website)+ Following up on purchase orders
  • Process returns and orders by following documented process
  • Communicate regularly with each sales team member and the training department to assist with pending projects, customer issues, and projects
  • Pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest for upsells
  • *Requirements**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, military veteran, or relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with NetSuite
  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales or sales support role in related industries (product sales to Government, military, first responders, and/or CBRN industry)
  • Excellent communication, business writing, time management, and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and its applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
