- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide exceptional service
- *Requirements and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must reside in California
