As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely for a Fortune 500 company in the global healthcare industry. This is a Temp-to-Hire position with the potential for growth and a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour. You'll be responsible for handling all incoming issues and resolving them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills. You'll also act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, and more.

- Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed
- Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience
- Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns
- *Requirements**
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette
- Previous customer service experience and comfortable sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable training in Salesforce
- Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency and the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects
- High School Diploma or GED
