As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users via live chat sessions and email inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and meeting end-users' needs utilizing provided software and Knowledgebase. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and meeting end-users' needs utilizing provided software and Knowledgebase.
- Ensuring timely resolution of end-user problems within Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters.
- Maintaining end-to-end problem ownership of chat and email sessions, escalating issues to support teams when needed.
- Working independently in a remote setting, achieving productivity goals and managing time effectively.
- Collaborating with Customer Support team colleagues and other support organizations as required.
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following basic qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of one year of customer service experience.
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Typing speed of 45 WPM with accuracy.
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications and software (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Help desk or service desk experience.
- Familiarity with Live Chat and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tools.
