As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Providing Inbound Customer Support**: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide solutions to customer problems.

  • **Ability to Connect to the Internet with an Ethernet Cord**: You'll need a reliable internet connection and a computer with an Ethernet port.
  • **Proficiency in Fast-Paced Multi-Tasking**: You'll need to be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively.
  • **Eagerness to Learn New Technologies**: You'll need to be willing to learn new technologies, including CRM systems, software applications, and data analytics.
  • **Strong PC Knowledge and Computer Navigation Skills**: You'll need to be proficient in using a computer, including navigating software applications, using a mouse, and typing.
  • **Ability to Work Rotational Shifts**: You'll need to be able to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
