  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • *Required Skills**

  • 6-month call center experience or 1-year customer service experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year required
