As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- **Act as an initial point of contact**: Respond to participant inquiries and provide timely support via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- **Maintain product and system knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and systems to deliver accurate and effective support to internal and external partners.
- **Field daily calls**: Engage with HRS participants, addressing their questions and concerns regarding arenaflex's products and services.
- **Log and document participant conversations/issues**: Accurately record and document participant interactions, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- **Provide real-time technical support**: Assist participants using the automated phone system and employee website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- *What Is Required (Qualifications)**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- **Previous open enrollment experience**: A background in open enrollment or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Proficiency in computer software packages**: Familiarity with HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS is essential for this role.
- **Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans**: A solid understanding of health and benefits plans, including renewals and updates.
- **Ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates**: Accurately update participant enrollments, policies, and rates in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Excellent communication and customer service skills**: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to participant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
