What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline of our pet pharmacy operations. Your primary responsibility is to engage directly with customers who reach out for support, information, and assistance with their pet health needs. This role goes far beyond simply answering phones—we're looking for thoughtful, proactive problem-solvers who are eager to deliver memorable experiences.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

- Processing prescription requests, verifying customer information, and ensuring accurate documentation for all pharmacy transactions.

- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check required for Kentucky Pharmacy Technician licensing.
