- *What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative (Remote), you'll be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, providing assistance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing requests for initiating or terminating services, handling requests for service reconnections, and coordinating with field teams to restore service promptly
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing billing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
- Explaining charges and account balances, accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms
- Helping customers set up payment plans, negotiating terms to ensure affordability and compliance
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
- Striving to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years of age and residing in California
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service is mandatory
- The ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
- Computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
