As a Customer Service Representative (Remote) at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.   • *What We're Looking For**

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative (Remote), you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, providing assistance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing requests for initiating or terminating services, handling requests for service reconnections, and coordinating with field teams to restore service promptly
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing billing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
  • Explaining charges and account balances, accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms
  • Helping customers set up payment plans, negotiating terms to ensure affordability and compliance
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
  • Striving to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age and residing in California
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service is mandatory
  • The ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
  • Computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
  • Superb attendance, ensuring you're available when our customers need you
