As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing caller needs, questions, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner

  • Maintaining and restoring customer satisfaction by partnering with other teams as needed
  • Performing problem analysis, problem determination, and recommended resolutions to callers in accordance with standard protocol
  • Proactively educating callers on program benefits and promoting alternative products or services
  • Meeting or exceeding established call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality levels
  • Using computer tools to accurately process and document information
  • Developing rapport with callers and adjusting communication style to meet their needs
  • Providing accurate information about arenaflex programs and services
  • Escalating issues internally and following up on escalated issues

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service-related field (preferred)
