As a Customer Service Representative & Office Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries effectively, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Conducting outbound calling to follow up on customer needs and provide information, promoting a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately to maintain client records, ensuring up-to-date and organized documentation.
  • Assisting clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution, providing comprehensive support.

  • Creating invoices in QuickBooks, demonstrating proficiency in office software applications.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
