Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Staff Data Analyst to join our Product Achievement team. What You'll Do
As a Staff Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our market research and data operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Success, Record Management, and Providers to ensure successful delivery of market research projects, meeting ISO and international data processing standards while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Data Analysis & Manipulation: Lead execution on everyday requests for data analysis and manipulation of primary and secondary data to support Provider and/or Internal requests, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Requirements Understanding: Evaluate requests for data services and thoroughly understand the requirements of market research projects, translating business needs into actionable data solutions.
- Project Management: Prepare, plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively to ensure deliverables are ready and delivered on schedule, managing multiple concurrent projects with ease.
- Data Quality Assurance: Check datasets for logical consistency, reformatting, and upgrading datasets for downstream analysis, ensuring data integrity throughout the processing pipeline.
- Statistical Processing: Maneuver data toward the right arrangement for analysis purposes using Excel or SPSS, including weighting and processing as necessary to support research objectives.
- Process Improvement: Be a proactive contributor who provides advice or suggestions for improvements and automation, where necessary, to enhance overall efficiency and delivery speed.
- Knowledge Sharing: Develop and communicate best practices to partners across departments to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our product offerings and processes.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other impromptu projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Analytical Experience: Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data processing, or market research support.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management concepts.
- Familiarity with ISO and international data processing standards.
- Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or market research industries.
