We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Maumee, OH. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Primary contact for all customer inquiries regarding orders, quotes, deliveries, changes, shipping, and data entry, quality concerns, expedites, product returns, and sales follow-up on product lines new and existing through verbal and written communication.
  • Responsible for contract review relating to customer purchase orders, quotes, and customer-specific requirements. Works with the Customer Service Supervisor to resolve customer requirements; drafting correspondence for external/internal customers in response to specific inquiries.
  • Responsible for disseminating terms and conditions, special instructions, configuration changes, quality, pricing, and/or other requirements throughout the organization in accordance with written procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, including complaints, issues, and resolutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Availability to work a standard 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday schedule.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of contract review and negotiation procedures.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
