To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) to effectively engage with members and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real-time to provide seamless support
  • A flexible, "can-do" mindset and willingness to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must reside within 30 miles of the training location (1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019)
