  • *Key Responsibilities:**

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences by anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives, and providing solutions
  • Providing expert knowledge and recommendations on arenaflex products and services
  • Taking complex customer orders using order systems and providing accurate pricing information
  • Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
  • Setting up and operating printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
  • Processing financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
  • Staying current on retail store merchandising materials and ensuring proper display of all retail area product and signage
  • Taking preemptive action to prevent errors and waste
  • Completing required financial paperwork and assisting with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
  • Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
  • Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
  • Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
  • Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with Point of Sale terminals (POS) and financial transactions
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
