As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for:

  • Professionally and quickly responding to inquiries and developing a positive working relationship with customers, operations, and vendors
  • Researching, resolving, and responding to customer and log service issues within a specified time period
  • Maintaining and actively communicating current knowledge of the state of various travel industries supported (air, car, hotel, etc.)
  • Using industry and system knowledge to find the root cause of an issue, explore, and find alternatives to advise/educate the customer
  • *About You**

We're looking for someone with:

  • Extensive knowledge within the corporate travel industry
  • Proficiency in GDS Amadeus
  • Experience with online support – online booking tools (navigation, technical troubleshooting), i.e., Concur
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understanding of ARC rules and regulations
  • A positive customer service attitude
  • Availability to work hours of operation: 7am-7pm CT
