As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers. You'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing proactive service to our customers. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide customer service to our customers in a call center environment, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide customer service to external arenaflex customers, addressing all aspects of the order process, including order placement, customer and plant follow-up, and product inquiries.
- Provide proactive service to customers by educating them about products and alternative choices, and assisting our Sales Department in placing proactive outgoing service calls to customers.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed and resolved efficiently.
- Keep accurate real-time records of all conversations in our database, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Build relationships with external and internal arenaflex customers via phone and email, providing assistance with all inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Work as a sales support for our Sales Team, providing information and assistance to help drive sales and revenue growth.
- Provide world-class service by delivering an effortless customer experience, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and loyal.
- *Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience specifically in a call center environment preferred
- Outgoing and energetic attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player and perform well under pressure
- Strong computer skills: Google Business Suite
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
