As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll be the face of our company, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • 1-3 years of customer service or support experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • SAP or other CRM experience is an added plus
  • Sound communications skills
  • Ability to handle interactions in a diplomatic manner
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency
  • Familiarity with the use of PC systems for order placement, pricing, and distribution
  • Experience with B2B customer support is a plus
