As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, using a guided call flow in the customer's preferred language
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  • Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
  • Offer additional products and services
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
  • *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of a computer
  • Proficiency in multitasking and rapid switching between tasks
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • A desktop or laptop computer for testing on PC and Internet
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite connections) and a smartphone
