As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by answering calls, responding to queries, and accurately documenting call content in real-time.   • Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Note: Rotating holidays as needed

  • Pay: $16.20/hr
