Position Overview: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, interacting directly with customers via telephone to address their financial needs. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers and resolving moderate to complex requests or issues related to our financial products and services. Your daily activities will include:
- Interacting with customers via telephone to provide assistance with account inquiries, transaction processing, and product information
- Resolving customer concerns with empathy and patience, ensuring each interaction leaves the customer feeling valued and satisfied
- Navigating multiple computer systems and applications to access customer information, research issues, and provide accurate solutions

Work Schedule and Environment
Our customer service operations run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As such, your regular schedule will be based on business needs and will include:
- Working at least one weekend day per week
- Working some holidays throughout the year
- Potential eligibility for a shift differential of 15% under the terms of our shift differential policy

Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience assessing and addressing customer needs or handling customer issues, OR equivalent demonstrated experience through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Ability to work in a high-speed, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining quality
