As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with our domestic and international customers, supporting them with ticketing, baggage, and travel-related issues, while providing a friendly, professional, and confident service experience.   • *Qualifications:**

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
  • Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
