We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via inbound and outbound calls, assessing customer needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for documenting calls, entering customer orders, and verifying demographic information.

- Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
- Assess customer need for additional products/services and determine ongoing and additional product/service needs
- Assess customer compliance with physician orders and provide education on products/services
- Answer questions and provide customer education regarding products/services
- Document calls in computerized record keeping system
- Enter customer orders in computerized system
- Verify and update demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
- Read and analyze documents such as patient orders
- Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology
- Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike
- Assist with the training of employees
- Calculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensed
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High School Diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training
- Computer entry required
- Must meet any licensing requirements necessary for specific location
