- *Job Summary**
As a MultiAccount Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling multiple accounts, each with its unique requirements and challenges. You'll work closely with our team to provide white-glove service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and effective. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Handle a high volume of calls, ranging from 23 minutes to 30 minutes, depending on the account, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Process tasks such as message taking, order placement, appointment scheduling, troubleshooting, and managing sensitive information, all guided by step-by-step processes to ensure success.
- Work with multiple accounts, each with its unique requirements and challenges, and adapt to new situations and priorities as needed.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and advance to more complex accounts.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- *Essential Qualifications**
- **Technical Requirements** + A Windows-based laptop or desktop is required (no Macs, Chromebooks, Tablets, or iPads).+ PC must have at least 8GB of RAM, preferably 16GB or higher.+ Hardwire connection to the Internet (no WiFi).+ Minimum download speed: 20mbps (verify at www.SpeedTest.net).+ Minimum upload speed: 10mbps (verify at www.SpeedTest.net).+ Dual screens and a high-quality headset.

- Schedule: 247 Availability Preferably Sunday through Saturday, 3:00 am 11:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
- Must be available for orientation at 7:00 am and weekday training sessions starting as early as 6:00 am Pacific Standard Time, on a full-time basis.
