As an Experienced Customer Service Representative in our CSC team, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating in the training of all Customer Service personnel, including new hires, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and consistent service quality.
- Deleting, correcting, or re-entering patient orders as deemed necessary, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
- Managing both inbound and outbound phone calls in a positive and professional manner, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Reading and analyzing documents, such as patient orders, to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Effectively communicating with healthcare professionals and patients, providing clear and concise information, and addressing concerns in a empathetic and professional manner.
- Entering patient and medical information using arenaflex's software, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Working both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
