As an Experienced Customer Service Representative in our CSC team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Participating in the training of all Customer Service personnel, including new hires, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and consistent service quality.
  • Deleting, correcting, or re-entering patient orders as deemed necessary, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Managing both inbound and outbound phone calls in a positive and professional manner, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Reading and analyzing documents, such as patient orders, to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Effectively communicating with healthcare professionals and patients, providing clear and concise information, and addressing concerns in a empathetic and professional manner.
  • Entering patient and medical information using arenaflex's software, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Working both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrating exceptional time-management and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilizing exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills to resolve issues, respond to inquiries, and build strong relationships with clients.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer entry experience, with proficiency in using software applications and systems.
